Sales Representative F45 New Westminster

Location : 605 Seventh Avenue, New Westminster

Hours : 30 hours per week

Pay : $20 per hour plus commissions per sale

Commission : Bonuses for booked consultations, successful rollovers, and challenge enrollments. High performers typically earn $4,000 to $5,000 per month, directly tied to consistency, follow up, and effort.

Qualifications

One or more years in sales, customer service, or membership based roles.

Strong phone presence and confidence in having real conversations.

Comfortable using a CRM and tracking personal KPIs.

Strong written communication.

Reliable, coachable, and consistent in follow through.

Evenings and weekends available when required.

You bring a standout quality people genuinely love such as empathy, clarity, confidence, or connection.
