Branch Sales Representative

The incumbent will be responsible for managing incoming calls, order entry, and promoting company products to generate increased sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What you will accomplish with us :

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside sales team with quotation requests.
• Manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Source parts and / or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers.
• Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication.
• Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Address customer concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner.
• Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
• Perform various other related duties including on‑call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor.
• Lift or move heavy products (up to 50 lbs).
• Obtain forklift training if not already held.
• Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation after 3 months that will involve attending the branch for emergency call outs.

What You Bring to Our Team :

Compensation Information :

Base Salary Range : $45,000 – $60,000 annually.

Supplemental Pay Types Include : Annual bonus.

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
