What you will be doing :
Oversee the daily operations of the Royal Service team to ensure a smooth operation and the highest level of guest satisfaction is provided by teamLiaise with all departments to ensure seamless operations maintaining a close relationship with Concierge, Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Revenue, Housekeeping, Fairmont Gold, Guest Services and Food and Beverage.Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsCoaches and mentors colleagues. Creates an environment that allows employees to achieve job fulfillment and provides a path for career development with Accor Hotels.Create, maintain and communicate various standard operating procedures to other departmentsContribute to hotel revenue targets, guest satisfaction and efficiency goalsEnsures effective utilization and productivity of all staff through staff planning, hiring, scheduling and adhering to budget parameters.Knows all emergency procedures and general crisis situation management, including fire and emergency procedures, procedures for handling of Fire Panel, ensuring guest safety is followed by all hotel staff.Qualifications
Your experience and skills include :
Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience requiredPrior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related systemProven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholdersCommunicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skillsAbility to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performanceDemonstrates a calm and professional manner at all timesAdditional Information
