Real Estate Development - Custodian, Facilities

THE ROLE

As the Custodian, Facilities you will:

• Execute on all day-to-day cleaning and sanitization tasks throughout the space, creating a safe and comfortable experience for our people, clients and visitors.
• Execute on specialized cleaning tasks that elevate the space experience using specialized equipment or tools when necessary.
• Quickly address any unforeseen cleaning need that arise through the course of regular operations.
• Ensure the space is always stocked with required cleaning supplies and tools.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Custodian, Facilities has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications inCleaning chemicals & supplies and associated safety standards; WHMIS (CAN) or OHSA HAZCOM (USA) certification preferredPhysically able to complete tasks that involve lifting and comfortable using a ladder
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $24 CAD per hour.
