Our challenge

We are looking for a Talend developer who has hands on experience in Talend and Java programming.

Additional Information – Ontario Only

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Ontario law, the base salary for this role if filled within Ontario is CAD$110k - $120k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions on premise or in the loud

Integrate software components with the systems.

Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software.

Recommend and execute improvements to solutions and processes.

Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Requirements : You are :

Talend (ETL) , Basic Core JAVA, SQL , Oracle PLSQL, Unix scripting , Kafka , DB Design, Potential Investment Banking Knowledge / Market ), GIT

CI / CD Pipeline automation

Basic working knowledge of Unix / Linux

Experience with messaging technologies like Kafka

Hands on Experience with distributed caching technologies like Redis, Couchbase etc

Hands on Experience with BI Reporting platforms (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik)

Knowledge and hands on experience with python, spark framework as well

Able to communicate effectively with business

It would be great if you also had :

Preferably experience in investment banking
