Heres your opportunity to work directly with the Head of Strategic Partnerships on Terrions partnership with TELUS. As the analytical and operational expert on a lean strategic team youll have outsized impact : your dashboards will inform C-suite decisions your process designs will become company standards and your coordination will keep both Terrion and TELUS leadership aligned. This isnt a large team where youre one of many. Youll be the go-to expert.

What youll do
Commercial & Analytical Insights :
Monitor and analyze billing triggers contract milestones and performance metrics tied to the anchor agreementValidate data assumptions escalations and contractual obligations to ensure accuracy and complianceBuild and maintain dashboards and analytical tools that answer leaderships most important questionsIdentify trends risks and opportunities that improve partnership performanceProgram & Stakeholder Management :
Coordinate cross-functional activities across Terrion and TELUS teams to meet contractual commitments on timeDesign and improve processes for contract execution reporting and operational delivery (many dont exist yet; youll build them)Track KPIs SLA performance and milestone completion escalating issues before they become problemsReporting & Governance
Maintain accurate auditable records of billing triggers approvals and milestone completionsPrepare executive-ready materials for monthly Joint Management Committees between Terrion and TELUS leadershipTranslate complex partnership data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisionsSupport governance forums and executive reporting by preparing executive-ready reporting insights and briefing materials for governance forums and strategic reviewsWhat you bring
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Economics or a related field required8 years of experience in program management ideally within telecom infrastructure or related sectorsAdvanced data analysis skills experience building dashboards and trackersProven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments manage multiple priorities meet tight deadlines and pivot quickly between different functions and challenges in a fast-paced evolving organizationStrong problem-solving skills to clear roadblocks and resolve issues especially in pressured situationsProven ability to handle complex interdependencies and competing priorities while keeping teams focused and on trackStrong communication skills with proven ability to translate technical information for various stakeholder audiencesComfortable engaging with commercial operational and technical teamsAdvanced proficiency in Google Suite preference for Google work environmentsGreat-to-haves
PMP PgMP or Agile certificationsChange management certification (CCMP etc.)Experience with SAP and / or SitetrackerExperience with wireless network deployments and technologiesAdvanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients suppliers candidates external partners etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues internal partners stakeholders etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this positions main responsibilities given its national scope.
