ATTENTION 310S TECHS : WE’RE HIRING!

$40–$45 / hr flat rate

$5,000 Signing Bonus (after 3-month clean probation)

Orillia Dodge is on the hunt for a 310S Licensed Technician who’s fast, focused, and fed up with underpaid dealership gigs and “sorry, no hours this week” excuses.

Tired of standing around? Sick of getting jerked around on pay? Still waiting on that “boot allowance” from 2022?

We’ve got the cure : Steady hours , Flat rate that pays right , A $5,000 bonus just for doing your job like a pro for 3 months (no missed days, no drama—we good?)

What You Bring : Valid 310S License (obviously), Sharp diagnostics, slick hands, and no tolerance for “that’s close enough”. You work hard, show up, and don’t need a babysitter You like it when the shop is busy and the money flows.

What You Get : $40–$45 / hr flat rate, $5,000 Signing Bonus after 90 days of being awesome. Steady work, year round fun shop, great leadership, zero BS, benefits, discounts, and people who actually say “thank you”.
