Job Summary :
The Sales Director will be instrumental in driving the growth and profitability of our organization across North America, Europe, and non-China markets. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities across various business segments, including build-to-print, greybox, and black box / company-designed products. Emphasizing a consultative sales approach, the Sales Director will act as a solutions provider, understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs, while ensuring our organization delivers effectively for the customer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and prospective customers, utilizing a consultative approach to deeply understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
- Actively devise and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the customer base across diverse business segments, emphasizing problem-solving and customized solutions.
- Skillfully identify and engage with a broad set of key decision-makers within customer organizations, establishing influential relationships
- Travel extensively to engage both existing and potential clients across all markets
- Provide prompt and responsive service to customer inquiries, including RFQs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, contributing to transparent and effective sales management.
- Craft and deliver persuasive, tailored sales proposals that highlight our products' / company’s unique value proposition, ensuring they are directly relevant and targeted for each customer
- Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
- Offer valuable market and industry insights, along with customer feedback, to the team to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive supply industry.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
