JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Property Marketing Associate to provide reliable, timely, efficient support at our Vancouver location. The Marketing Associate reports to the Property Marketing Manager and works alongside the sales team and collaborates with other members of the marketing organization to support the marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or buildable land to prospective occupants and developers. The ideal candidate can help tell stories cohesively and simply, has an acute eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects and priorities. Additionally, JLL provides mentorship and coaching as an asset to help candidates grow and succeed in their role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Prepare content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development email campaigns, social media engagement, websites, direct mail, ad campaigns, signage, and events;
  • Develop brochures, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and other business development materials for the Western Canada Retail team and Office team
  • Develop social media marketing campaigns for relevant stakeholders, execute local client events, and to support the public relations action plan as needed; collaborate with the National Marketing Team
  • Develop market surveys, tour books, and other client presentation aides
  • Host broker open houses, including onsite staffing and management of outside vendors
  • Implement the local market tactics, as communicated by the Property Marketing Manager, from JLL Canada's annual marketing plan based on corporate strategic goals
  • Coordinate third-party photography and videography as needed to support assigned properties
  • Develop and coordinate email campaigns through our marketing automation tool (Eloqua experience an asset)
  • Developing creative briefs; engage with Design Team and other marketing partners
  • Collaborate with marketers, designers, business partners and third-party vendors
  • Maintain required competencies around all required software, including but not limited to : Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Eloqua, and others as required

WHAT YOU BRING :

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design (or related discipline) or commensurate experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred; experience in the commercial real estate industry is an asset
  • Adobe InDesign proficiency required
  • Adobe Photoshop proficiency required
  • Adobe Illustrator is an asset
  • Adaptability; ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people
  • Strong organizational and time management; ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects / tasks concurrently
  • Is a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently with a sense of urgency; proactive & develops the ability to anticipate needs of the business
  • Excellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely, strong presentation skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step
  • Discreet; ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise professionalism, and utilize judgement
