Tasks & Responsibilities
Build and maintain project control structures, WBS, budgets, and staffing worksheetsReview project estimates, schedules, and milestones, and contribute to project controls planningEnsure appropriate project funding and support AFE processesUpdate project time‑phasing, forecasts, and cost management systemsPrepare requisitions, track commitments, review invoices, and explain cost variancesMonitor performance metrics, progress measurements, and trendsInterface with project management, engineering, construction, and procurementProduce detailed cost reports, dashboards, scorecards, and project documentationPosition Requirements
University degree and 5–10 years of project controls experienceStrong SAP experience with budgets, forecasting, and cost controlsProven high‑performance track record and continuous improvement mindsetAdvanced communication skills with excellent written and verbal clarityExperience with Power BI dashboards and automation tools (strong asset)Understanding of Earned Value Management, progress measurement, and cost analysisExposure to capital projects in development and implementation phasesLean Six Sigma, AI‑enabled tools, or PMO development experience considered an asset
