Required immediately, our Abbotsford Branch is seeking a Full Time Countertop Templater to join the team!

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Templater is responsible for creating digital file / templates to be used in creating the final product which also involves programming CNC router and preparing CAD files both in shop and on job sites for fabrication of custom countertops in a range of materials. This often involves visiting customer homes to finalize the measurements.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Relevant post-secondary education with 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft office products, AutoCAD and CAM software
• Experience with kitchen and / or bathroom construction, installation or similar
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Templating or Fabrication / Installation / Drafting
• Experience with digital templating
• Experience in reading blue prints / schematics, etc. along with experience with measurements and Intermediate mathematical skills
• Must have strong face to face customer service skills, professional appearance, with good communication skills with appropriate command of the English language and the understanding and knowledge of how to deal with people effectively with varied backgrounds
• Valid drivers license and a clear criminal record check
