Description de posteDirect and coordinate company sales, marketing, estimating and bid proposals functions. Direct and oversee the company marketing function, identify and develop potential new customers, and personally manage existing key customers. Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Manage the preparation of estimates and give due guidance and support to estimators. Manage the preparation of new project bid packages / proposals. Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials including the company website. Represent the company at various industry and business events. Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop business plans for the company. Establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Recruit, train, supervise, motivate and evaluate department staff. A minimum of 10 years sector related experience Previous management experience Natural leader ability to move the company forward Commercial acumen Hard working English and French language skills
