LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse Night Shift Supervisor

A forward-thinking assisted living community is seeking an experienced LPN to join the nursing team as a Night Shift Supervisor.

In this dynamic role you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination for our diverse resident population.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor residents health status and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide clinical leadership and support to LPNs and Care Aides
• Liaise with families physicians and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards
