Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist Project Managers in developing and documenting project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain detailed project plans and documentation, including estimates, RFPs, contracts, POs, change orders, invoices, and closure documents.
• Organize and participate in site meetings; document and follow up on risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Track project progress, budgets, expenses, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Communicate and manage risks or issues that may impact timelines or quality.
• Support procurement activities and monitor delivery schedules.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee work quality and safety compliance.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and document scanning.
