Logistics and Programming Coordinator

IN A NUTSHELL

The Logistics and Programming Coordinator plays a key role in organizing Tribu’s festivals and experiences (APIK, Barbegazi, and JACKALOPE). They are responsible for managing logistics for athletes and staff, planning and executing on-site and off-site experiences, and preparing the necessary documentation to ensure smooth event operations.

This role requires close coordination with invited athletes, judges, MCs, and competition managers, as well as managing transportation, accommodations, and schedules. The Logistics and Programming Coordinator works closely with internal teams, partners, and technical staff to ensure seamless event execution and an optimal experience for participants.

They are also responsible for operational follow-up with athletes and key stakeholders during events to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

1. Logistics Coordination for Athletes and Staff :

• Plan and book flights, ground transportation, and vehicles for athletes, judges, and programming staff.
• Manage accommodation needs (hotels, rooming lists, check-ins) and ensure proper follow-up.
• Coordinate detailed schedules for athletes, including competitions, media obligations, and VIP events.
• Draft and distribute logistical documents (invitation letters, insurance requests, itineraries).

📅 Start Date : Late January 2026
