Job Description
We are working with a Federal Government client seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team to set-up a Health records system using Azure DevOps that'll help gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements. The BSA will be working in a hybrid manner on this 48-week contract.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, develop and document business and system operational requirements.
- Translate business operational needs into system functional requirements.
- Work with developers, technical architects, system engineers and other stakeholders in building Azure DevOps platform solutions.
- Assist in the development of human and technical resources cost estimates and project timelines.
- Develop workflow templates based on work process mapping.
- Support other team members in the production of documentation needed to move forward with the security accreditation and functional implementation
- Serving as a user support liaison between vendors, information systems technicians, and end-user departments
- Designing, configuring and deploying server-based file systems and applications
Qualifications and Skills
- Reliability or Secret Security Clearance
- 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in Application Support, gathering, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder requirements, as well as supporting solution development for the Azure DevOps enterprise application platform.
- 5 years of experience within the past 10 years interacting with a community of enterprise application users, business leaders and other stakeholders to produce and maintain an assortment of documents such as:Business Requirements Document (BRD)Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)System Design Documents (SDD)Use Case DocumentsImpact Analysis ReportCost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) ReportsRisk Assessment and Mitigation Plans and,User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plans
Education
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science or other relevant field.
