Hardware Integration Engineer
On behalf of our client, a software and appliance provider, we are seeking a Hardware Integration Engineer / Hardware Designer to work on current-generation and next-generation custom servers, with custom PCI blades and high-performance components.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Prime Hardware design for new products
- Field support for existing hardware product line
- Provide supply chain management support for existing custom printed circuit boards and hardware assemblies
- Maintain and execute the current PCN / ECR process
- Ensure product material compliance (RoHS, conflict minerals, etc)
- Monitor and develop solutions for CVEs in hardware and firmware
- Manage approvals testing for new hardware assemblies
- Manage design subcontractor relationships (mechanical design, electrical design, branding, etc)
- Develop near-hardware product software (drivers, POST, sensors, etc)
