This Port Coquitlam based client is looking to add a Billing Clerk to their busy team. Operating in a project based environment, the billing clerk will be responsible for keeping up to date on several projects at a time and calculating progress billing.

Job duties will include :

• Ensure the timely and accurate creation and delivery of sales invoices to customers
• Contract review in order to become familiar with clients' unique billing requirements
• Gather and calculate project cost details
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies and provide exceptional customer service

Job Requirements :

The successful Billing Clerk will have 2+ years of experience in a similar position, paired with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Experience in a construction or project based environment is a strong asset.
