We are looking for a Notary licenced in Quebec with experience drafting and notarizing estate d External Notary. This person will be working with the professional services and operations teams to help serve our clients and build our platform. This is NOT a full time permanent role and workload will vary based on clients' needs.

As an external Wills & Estates Notary, you will:

• Draft estate planning and settlement documents.
• Notarize estate planning and settlement documents.
• Represent executors in probate applications and filings.
• Support executor duties on and off platform.

Apply with us if you are…

• Experienced for a minimum of 3 years post-admission to the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• In good standing with the relevant the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• Insuranced for malpractice with minimum coverage required by law.
• Able to work with technology and customer centric.
• Once accepted, notaries will be introduced to clients.
