Description

  • Lead the store to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business goals, while implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a motivated, customer-focused team that fully embodies the brand’s core values, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including managing the store’s profit and loss performance, inventory control, and ensuring financial success.
  • Implement and execute strategic retail initiatives, collaborating with senior management to align the store's goals with the company’s broader vision.
  • Uphold and promote the brand’s culture and ensure that both team members and customers experience a welcoming and positive environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable, engaging shopping experience for every guest, enhancing brand loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably within the apparel or fashion retail industry, with a track record of driving results and delivering exceptional leadership.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop teams to their full potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, manage profit and loss, and optimize store performance through effective operational management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive, inclusive shopping environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and customer needs while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
