Calian is currently hiring an Information Management Officer to support the Canadian Army Simulation Centre in Kingston. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding Canadian Army Doctrine and Training Centre Headquarters (CADTC HQ) IM policies / procedures and subordinate / client requirements, then assessing and designing CASC IM policies, procedures, and products / services to meet those requirements. The immediate focus will be the migration from the Army Common Information Management System (ACIMS) to D365, but CASC IM practices must also incorporate the CA Virtual Training and Experimentation Network (VTEN), as well as tactical communications systems. This position will serve both to oversee CASC\'s IM practices and to support the design and delivery of IM training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information and records management systems.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support operational planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data protection, privacy, and records management policies.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and staff training in information management practices.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enhance situational awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to standardize data collection and sharing practices.
• Contribute to organizational policy development on data and information management.
