Job Overview :
We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist in creating eye-catching visuals for various social media platforms, helping brands tell their stories through aesthetic graphics.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design Creation : Assist in designing graphics for social media posts, ads, stories, and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborative Projects : Work closely with senior designers and content creators to develop cohesive visual strategies.
- Brand Consistency : Help maintain brand consistency across all visual content and ensure adherence to design standards.
- Trend Research : Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our creative output.
- File Management : Organize and maintain design files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for the team.
- Feedback Integration : Receive and implement feedback from senior team members to improve design quality and skills.
- Project Support : Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions for client projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including social media graphics.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
