In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, Assistant General Managers are responsible for :
- Working “hands-on” with the team
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
- Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always
- Hiring and training their staff
- Promoting their operation in the local market
- Coordinating in-store promotions
- Developing and meeting financial plans
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience
