Fitness Trainer

Job Overview

• The Fitness Trainer is a health, exercise and wellness coach responsible for helping clients achieve their goals for physical fitness.
• Their duties include planning and supervising workout regimens, coaching clients on their form during exercise and tracking fitness and performance goals over time.
• The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for being part of Security Officers unarmed to armed initiative.
• The fitness trainer will develop programming for Security Officers at both Darlington and Pickering sites to prepare them to be successful in the completion of the armed fitness tests.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• The role requires a high degree of discretion, judgement and the ability to handle confidential information.
