Venor is proud to partner with our client, Complex2Clear (C2C) and lead the recruitment for an experienced Proposal Manager to lead complex RFQ and RFP responses for major Public Private Partnership (P3) projects across North America.
C2C is a bid response consulting firm providing end-to-end support for P3 and other APF proposals. C2C teams have supported public and private sector DBFOM bids in a wide range of industries including IT, communications, water treatment, passenger rail, urban transit, linear and institutional infrastructure, and power generation. In the past decade they have supported clients in pursuits totaling over $18 billion.

You may already be working as a hands-on proposal manager in a construction or development organization, or as a consultant supporting in-house clients. You’re confident, adaptable, and thrive in high-pressure environments where client trust and repeat business are paramount. Your curiosity drives you to fully understand the projects you work on, and your proactive approach ensures nothing falls through the cracks. With your expertise, you can quickly integrate into new projects and deliver with excellence.
