Join the TigerTel Team in Dartmouth, NS : Call Center Specialist
TigerTel is a vibrant 24 / 7 / 365 inbound answering service that supports a diverse range of commercial and medical clientele. We are currently seeking passionate Call Center Specialists to join our growing team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a dedicated member of our team, you will provide friendly, expert support that exceeds expectations – from appointment scheduling to personalized call routing – all within a supportive culture focused on making a real impact.
The ideal candidate is a dependable professional with an upbeat tone and a meticulous eye for detail. We are looking for individuals who can speak clearly, type accurately, and maintain a positive attitude. While familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, it is not required – we are happy to train the right person!
The Role & Responsibilities : As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will manage inbound calls with professionalism and care. Your primary responsibilities include :
Compensation & Hybrid Flexibility : We offer an hourly rate of $18.50 and a unique schedule designed for true work-life balance. After a successful 30-day in-office training period, you will transition to a hybrid model (2 days in-office, 2 days at home). Your schedule will be a 4-work day week with set hours and includes one weekend day. We provide all necessary tech; you just need a fast, wired internet connection.
