Phantom Photonics is an innovative startup specializing in cutting‑edge photonics solutions. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment as we grow our team and expand our impact.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Manager to support our directors and help streamline our operations. This part‑time role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the directors.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks; paying invoices at the bank.
  • Liaise with our marketing firm to ensure alignment on campaigns.
  • Manage job listings on various platforms.
  • Manage the shipment of equipment and materials.
  • Organize staff travel and plan company events.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and simple financial management.
  • Proficiency in using office software and online collaboration tools.
  • Strong preference for security cleared candidates.
