As Lounge Manager at Smitty’s, you’ll lead our lounge team to create an unforgettable atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Inspire and support your team with strong, hands-on leadership

Manage scheduling, stock, and smooth daily operations

Drive sales and guest satisfaction with creative ideas and top-notch service
