Are you a strategic systems leader with a passion for bridging technology and business? A leading company in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a Business Systems Manager to shape how technology drives operational excellence across its North American operations.

In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of IT professionals and ensure that key business systems—including ERP (D365 F&O)—run seamlessly and support growth. You’ll guide digital transformation efforts, streamline processes, and partner cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions that truly impact the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor IT Business Analysts / Product Owners, fostering a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on ERP systems (D365 F&O), optimizing functionality and enabling process improvements.
• Drive continuous delivery using agile project management principles.
• Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into powerful, practical technology solutions.
• Support data management, documentation, security access, and system performance.
• Interface with software vendors and lead testing and implementation of new solutions.
