Environmental, Social & Governance Leader

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of operational safety, plant and process safety, environmental protection, contractor and guest and health (Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Medicine) programs according to legal and corporate requirements
• Assure the implementation of a training process related to Quality and ESH programs.
• Support HSE certifications. Ensure that product licenses and operational permits are in line with site operation; manage environmental programs according to corporate directives and local legal requirements to guarantee environment protection compliance.
• Responsible for establishing and overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure that products and services meet regulatory standards, process efficiency and customer expectations. This position involves developing quality strategies, policies, managing Integrated Management System process and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversees the development and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) within the organization. This position involves ensuring that all quality processes, procedures, and documentation are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
• Support site squads to improve costumer experience and operational excellence, applying Quality Assurance programs as well as concepts of predictive Quality
• Manage the contracts of external services related with the site general services like cafeteria, gardening, cleaning and security among others.
• Be an escalation point for tasks and projects prioritization, problem solving, continuous improvement, conflict resolution - displaying VACC behaviors and prioritizing the squads’ self-organization first
• Optimizes squad members performance and development through empowerment and DSO principles, displaying VACC behaviors, coaching, feedback, discipline
• Co-responsible, with squad members, to maintain safe and timely delivery of quality supply based on production schedules, while maintaining an efficient operation.
• Have visibility of site’s P&L (Profit and Losses), connecting Unit’s priorities and deliveries to the site’s overall goals.
• Models VACC behaviors : Facilitating the co-creation of a shared vision and higher purpose that resonates with customers; Designing, evolving and integrating the way we work – practices and processes –and shaping the culture to deliver the mission; Acting as an active multiplier of change, removing obstacles and connecting different parts of the system; Helping employees develop capabilities and mindsets to thrive and foster inclusion and empowerment.
