Working with complex transitional care populations.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Heart & Stroke Approved BLS Provider Card upon hire
• Experience working with and advocating for the elderly
• Medication administration certification and experience
• Physical assessment
• Wound care
• Enteral feeding experience
• Maintenance of IV lines
• Experience with electronic documentation
• Satisfactory employment and attendance record.

The ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and should be ready to drive change and innovation. We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.

Additional Information

Hours :  Monday - Sunday Various shifts - 0730-1530; 0730-1930; 1530-2330; 1930-0730  (Hours subject to change based on operational requirements)

Salary :  $36.08 to $39.02 per hour
