Grounds & Maintenance Team Member

Pinnacle Lifestyles is seeking Grounds & Maintenance Team Members to join our team at Pinnacle Trails Resort for the summer camping season. This role playsa vital part in maintaining the look, safety, and functionality of theresort—helping ensure every guest arrives to a clean, well-kept, and welcomingenvironment.

As a Maintenance & Grounds Team Member, you’ll workhands-on across the property, supporting daily operations through landscaping,facility upkeep, site preparation, and general maintenance, while being part ofa collaborative resort team.

This is a seasonal position running from April / May toOctober , with full-time and part-time opportunities available. As asummer resort, weekend and holiday availability is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Grounds & Property Care

  • Maintain resort grounds,amenities, and common areas to Pinnacle standards
  • Complete daily site clean-upsfollowing guest departures
  • Perform landscaping dutiesincluding mowing, trimming, raking, sod work, and weed control
  • Water and maintain trees, shrubs,plants, and flower beds as required
  • Remove garbage and litter fromsites and common areas

Facilities & Maintenance

Assist with general propertyimprovements including basic repairs and painting

  • Perform regular cleaning andupkeep of onsite washroom facilities
  • Help ensure buildings, roads,sites, equipment, and amenities are safe, functional, and operating efficiently
  • Identify, address, and reportmaintenance issues in a timely manner

    • Guest & Team Support

  • Respond to guest needsprofessionally and efficiently when encountered onsite
  • Communicate in a friendly,respectful manner to support Pinnacle Lifestyles’ commitment to exceptionalguest experiences
  • Work collaboratively with resortmanagement and other departments to support smooth daily operations

    • General

  • Follow all safety policies andprocedures
  • Use tools and equipmentresponsibly
  • Other duties as assigned

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in general maintenance,landscaping, horticulture, construction, or skilled trades preferred
  • Experience using small engine equipment such aslawn mower, chainsaw, leaf blower, etc.
  • Previous campground or resort experience is anasset
  • Strong attention to detail and time-managementskills
  • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weatherconditions
  • Physically able to stand for extended periodsand lift 50+ lbs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
  • Comfortable using basic technology
  • Flexible availability including evenings,weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for the outdoors and pride inmaintaining high standards
