We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer - FTR - Burnaby to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA) .

Purpose of Position

The ServiceNow Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. They work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Their role involves customizing and configuring modules, developing workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. They also ensure best practices in coding and design, perform regular system updates, and maintain documentation. Additionally, the Senior ServiceNow Developer often mentors junior developers, provides technical guidance, and supports troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Accountabilities

• Analyze business situations and work within a group environment to provide efficient and effective software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle : Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production.
• Provide technical support during all phases of project delivery. This includes but is not limited to : development of project estimates, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews.
