Role Description

This is a full-time in-person role for a Sales & Marketing Assistant, based in North York, ON. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support sales initiatives, conduct outbound (cold) and inbound calls, perform market research, and assist with customer service activities. This role involves collaborating with internal team members to execute effective marketing campaigns, manage client inquiries, and contribute to sales strategies that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales and marketing processes.
• Knowledge of or interest in the construction industry and building materials is a strong asset.
• Outgoing and extroverted personality with confidence in client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience with content creation (social media, basic marketing materials, or outreach content).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working with CRM software.
