Digital Marketing Specialist
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist include writing marketing copy to promote our products, writing blog articles on industry-related topics, and promoting our content on social media. You will be responsible for leading the strategy across multiple digital platforms. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in digital publishing and in generating traffic and leads for new business. You will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will shape the visual aspects of websites, product packaging, trade shows, and more.
Essential Job Functions
Execute marketing programs such as emails, events, social media, and all content marketing.
Oversee social media platforms (Meta and LinkedIn). Maintain and produce content for the company’s social media accounts.
Manage the social media publishing calendar through HubSpot.
Oversee the company website. Implement an SEO strategy and manage all visual and written content on the company website.
Develop and maintain the appearance of the Amazon eStore shop.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date high-resolution photo database of in-house brand products.
Ensure all products/brands are kept up to date.
Create/update communication materials, including marketing flyers, product sheets, white papers, and PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with the Sales and Technical teams.
Oversee and update all printed materials, signage, and website pages.
Create and maintain all display materials for trade shows.
Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.
Design visuals according to needs.
Participate in completing assigned projects and prioritize assigned tasks, including web development, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, signage, and research.
Develop and manage social media content and marketing programs.
Ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Complete special projects as required.
Plan projects and define budget constraints.
Prepare drafts and present ideas.
Minimum Requirements
A degree in Digital Marketing
At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Required experience with WordPress
Knowledge of design software and technologies (such as MS Office Suite, Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva)
Bilingual (English/French). This role is divided 50% French and 50% English, as it involves working closely with our U.S. employees. Therefore, it is essential for the candidate to be bilingual in order to communicate with our global team.
