Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client in Calgary is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract opportunity. This role supports accurate invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Review and process invoices, including coding and approval verification
• Perform 3-way matching for PO-based invoices
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and missing documentation
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure policy compliance
• Support multiple entities using accounting software and Excel
