Senior Principal Analyst : ERP & Business Intelligence Strategy

We are seeking a high-caliber technical lead to serve as the primary architect for our enterprise data ecosystem. This senior-level position operates at the intersection of Dynamics 365 F&O and Advanced Business Intelligence . You will be responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of a cloud-based manufacturing ERP while engineering a BI framework that converts complex operational data into strategic financial intelligence.

Strategic Mandate

• ERP Governance : Serve as the technical authority for the D365 Manufacturing environment, managing system lifecycles, upgrades, and high-level escalations.
• Intelligence Architecture : Lead the design of sophisticated Power BI dashboards and multi-dimensional data models to drive executive decision-making.
• Technical Stewardship : Oversee the stability of the Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) and act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the application layer.
• Data Integrity & Security : Implement rigorous row-level security (RLS) and govern data source veracity to ensure a unified "single source of truth".
• Knowledge Leadership : Design enablement programs to standardize and maximize ERP utilization across all functional departments.
