Your new role
You will step into a Senior Hydrogeologist or Environmental Engineer position, where you will oversee, plan, and execute hydrogeological and terrain analysis studies. Your work will support land planners, developers, municipalities, pits and quarries, landfill operators, and industrial clients. Responsibilities include conducting and reviewing hydrogeological studies, participating in multidisciplinary environmental assessments, preparing proposals and budgets, managing projects, and producing high‑quality technical reports. You will also lead work teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring strong technical expertise in hydrogeology or environmental engineering, along with experience managing studies, preparing technical reports, and coordinating multidisciplinary work. You are dependable, detail‑focused, and able to guide project teams while providing mentorship to junior colleagues. Strongmunication skills, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, andfort preparing proposals and budgets are essential. Legal eligibility to work in Canada is also required.
