What you’ll do
- Provi de administrative, program and systems support to the HR team with particular emphasis on total rewards, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and training functions.
- Coordinate logistics and enrollment activities for organizational training initiatives.
- Administer various HR programs, such as long service, recognition and wellness programs.
- Monitor centralized communication channels and respond to employee inquiries, triaging as necessary to ensure appropriate and timely responses.
- Tracks, consolidates and reports expenses and reconciles to the general ledger on a monthly basis.

High School diploma, plus 3 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking knowledge of HR administration and organizing and maintaining process and workflowsAbility to maintain accurate records and manage information with strong attention to detailWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsSo, what do you think?
