We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join BrokerLink and work out of any of our Alberta, Ontario or Atlantic region. On a Permanent FT Basis.
Reporting to Learning & Development. Trains and develops employees in one or more disciplines. This role will primarily work within our programs & projects discipline and integral in implementing an ROI framework, creating curriculum, supporting technology training, and coordinating onboarding. Prepares and supports employees in delivering exceptional customer service increasing individual productivity and building various skills and competencies. Aligns training with current strategic objectives. Adheres to department program and regulatory policies and procedures.

At an advanced level, educates employees through multiple L & D Disciplines.At an advanced level, research, create, prepare, and present educational materials.Supports and promotes the adoption and application of workplace learning.Ongoing administrative management on existing and completed training courses and programs. Supports colleagues in developing these skills.Consistently participating in program planning in collaboration with team members and external stakeholders. Identifying and developing solutions to fill training gaps locally, regionally, and nationally.Consistently participating in various projects within the L&D department and other departments.Success Partner to other Learning & Development Specialists.Performs other duties as needed.The Successful candidate will have :
