A career as a Creditor Insurance Product Manager at Banque Nationale Assurances offers the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the sector by influencing product development, marketing, and net acquisition results. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in insurance products, your understanding of the business model, and your ability to develop strong and collaborative relationships with our internal partners.

Your role:

  • Act as the owner of credit insurance products (mortgage and credit cards...) by being responsible for portfolio growth, P&L, features, and pricing.
  • Analyze competition, emerging trends, or any regulatory changes related to credit insurance products that could impact our business model.
  • Collaborate with the data team to monitor the performance of the products under your responsibility to achieve net acquisition targets.
  • As an expert, participate in all growth, marketing, and optimization initiatives to generate value for our clients and the bank.
  • Work closely with the data, process management, customer experience, and distribution teams.

Prerequisites:

  • University degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services and insurance products sector.
  • Excellent ability to evaluate opportunities, profitability analysis, product pricing, new product design, and planning.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established schedules.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills
