Our client is an employee-owned, award-winning, architectural practice firm with a proven track record in a practical, innovative and economical design. They have designed some of Canada’s most notable buildings.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate and foster team environment to deliver the highest level of design.
- Work with the design team and subconsultant coordination process.
- Ability to present in meetings with clients or municipalities
- Create high-quality documentation, provide guidance with technical detail, & explore new solutions
- Ability to drive the project forward towards successful completion / Motivates and challenges others to perform at their best
- Participates in networking activities within the design industry and professional organizations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degreeMinimum of 5 years of professional experienceIntermediate Revit knowledgeHealthcare, Institutional or Commercial project experience is preferredUnderstanding of drafting & putting a drawing set togetherFollows instructions well and learns fastThorough and detailed orientedUnderstands priorityResourceful, flexible, adaptable, positive attitudeEager to learn and experience all aspects of the projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
