Featuring 24 private rooms we provide specialized care for patients during the advanced stages of terminal illness or chronic disease. The care we provide is guided through collaborative goal-setting ensuring patients are active participants in shaping the support they receive. Our teams approach emphasizes meaningful therapeutic relationships creating space for moments of connection and comfort for both patients and families.
