Our client is on the hunt for a savvy Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep to rock their head office! This isn’t your run-of-the-mill customer service gig. They’re all about pushing the envelope to elevate every aspect of the customer experience. Key Accountabilities

  • Provide friendly and professional service to all clients
  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails for the assigned book of business
  • Manage all aspects for the assigned book of business
  • Review policy renewals, endorsements and customer service on accounts through established workflows
  • Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements and follow-ups in an accurate and timely manner
  • Review renewals for adequacy of coverage, including quoting and remarketing when appropriate
  • Meet assigned retention targets

Key Qualifications / Attributes

  • Hold a valid RIBO License
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Lines Service Rep in an Insurance Brokerage
  • Conscientious self-starter with a high level of organization
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and able to work in a “paperless” environment
  • A team player willing and able to be part of a collaborative team in office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience working on Microsoft Office Programs
  • Technically strong with PowerBroker, CompuQuote and Company Portals
  • Bilingualism would be an asset
