Description de posteSupervise, coordinate, and support a team of security guards across all shifts. Manage and maintain the team’s daily schedules. Ensure all security guards follow established procedures and stay up to date on instructions. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to security personnel. Issue and manage access cards and related security credentials. Prepare and submit incident reports, daily logs, and performance documentation. Respond to emergencies and assist in incident management and investigations. Perform other related duties as required. 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in security or a related field. Strong administrative skills, including reporting, documentation control, and compliance tracking. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, partners, and stakeholders. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Clean Criminal Record and Clean Driver’s Abstract. First Aid and CPR certifications. Must be authorized to work in Canada.
