User Experience Researcher (Bangkok-based, Relocation provided)

Agoda invites applications for a User Experience Researcher based in Bangkok. The role focuses on end-to-end user research—planning, execution, analysis, and reporting—to inform product strategy and design across millions of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end research projects : set objectives, design methodology, conduct studies, analyze data, and present findings.
• Apply qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, usability testing) and quantitative methods (surveys, metrics analysis) to uncover insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to translate research into actionable recommendations.
• Critically evaluate research opportunities, challenge assumptions, and propose innovative methods or processes.
• Maintain a strong research community presence : mentor junior researchers, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and support hiring initiatives.
