We are seeking individuals passionate about life and meaningful work to join our team. As a Server, you will work in a bright, welcoming dining room, supporting with set-up, serving, and clean-up. We believe mealtime is about more than food; it’s about friends, family, and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests courteously and professionally;
• Set and clear dining tables and deliver tray service as needed;
• Assist with cleaning dishware and cutlery after service;
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas;
• Participate in catering and special events;
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff;
• Follow health, safety, and departmental policies;
• Respect Resident Rights & Responsibilities;
• Attend training and staff meetings;
• Participate in the Quality Improvement Program;
• Uphold organizational values of ethics and integrity;
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
