Our Fraser Valley client is seeking a Cost Accountant to join their team and take control of the costing function for the organization - two manufacturing plants, US, and Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has proven costing and analysis skills from a manufacturing environment but is ready for more. There is a career path here for the right individual within 18-24 months to grow into a broader leadership role in the organization.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

o Accounting - Education Degree ideally

o Advanced Excel skills

o Comfortable working with ERP systems - ideally in a manufacturing environment

o Costing experience - BOM's, margin and overhead and labor analysis, inventory reconciliations and relevant month end processes.
