Senior Corporate Paralegal – Langley

Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team. Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

• Draft and manage a range of corporate documentation, including incorporations, amendments, share transactions, reorganizations, and other related filings.
• Mentor and support Corporate Services team members through training and guidance.
• Liaising with clients, opposing counsel and experts
• File management and organization
• Other administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10 years’ experience working as a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal
• 3 years’ experience in training and management.
• Paralegal Certificate or diploma from accredited institution
• Strong technical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is imperative in this role

Salary range: $105,000 – $115,000 dependant on experience
