Superintendent, Facilities Services

You as a Superintendent will :

Provide overall construction management, including design, budget and schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Facility Maintenance Team, Engineers and Architects to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget for multiple projects, across various sites, in existing operational facilities

• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing progression

Direct and grow a team to execute self performed work across various sites

Grow the EDFS business beyond our existing facilities by leveraging experience of construction management in existing facilities

Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development

Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow

Is this the right role for you?

You have a construction related degree and 6 or more years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience (Design Build, P3, Residential, Commercial, Institutional or Healthcare)
